Join to apply for the Senior Quality Assurance (Java - Selenium) role at 3Pillar.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand requirements for new features and determine test strategy including functional and non-functional requirementsResearch and detail all use cases for any fixes, validate all code paths and client usage in test scenariosExecute manual test cases to validate features and/or fixes and determine automation candidacyPartner with engineers to develop a quality mindset and advocate for quality standards and adherence to the definition of doneUtilize existing test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites to increase and modify coverage as new features and fixes are deliveredCollaborate with development and other quality engineers to fully regress the platform for new releasesParticipation in release preparation and release tagging; E2E testing across teams (if applicable)Provide demos of the developed featuresMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
