At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.**Position Summary**:To coordinate / supervise all activities related to Foreign Trade Department.In charge of Compliance and Customs.Flow of goods southbound and inbound.**Duties**:- To lead, supervise and develop the Import Export team.- Responsible for the well functioning of the activities / processes related to the import of material and equipment necessary for the company's operations, as well as for the export of finished products.- Establishes contacts with state and privates entities in order to expedite the necessary documentation for the import / export process.Relation with Government Dependences.- Responsible for the activities of issuing and controlling import licenses, foreign relations.IMMEX and Annex 24 administration (inventory control).- Development of processes, procedures and interfaces with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and trade and customs laws.- Administration of Legal Profile, Customs Duty, Documental Archive, Fixed assets.- Budget.- Virtual and submaquila operations.- Cost Reductions**Education Degree**:- Bachelor's Degree**Required Experience**:1. Five (5) or Eight (8) years experience in Import Export activities.2. Two (2) years minimum supervising personnel3. Demonstrated technical knowledge related to area of responsibility.4. Experience with PITEX, IMEX, Laws and Regulations of foreign trade, 8vas and 2das rules, FDA Regulations, Aranxel, AS 400, Oracle, import export permits, negotiations with Brokers.**Skills**:1. Excellent organizational, communication, team-building, coaching, and decision making skills.2.
