**Who We Are**We are a collection of members' clubs, restaurants, hotels and cinemas, catering to those in the film, media, fashion and creative industries.The company has unique ventures throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia, with new openings planned globally.Soho House is a space for its diverse membership and teams to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.En Soho House, Contralor es responsable de toda la contabilidad financiera, incluyendo las declaraciones mensuales, la contabilidad y presentación de informes legales, los impuestos, el control de efectivo, el registro de compras y los balances de Soho House México City, reportando al Gerente General y al Director de Finanzas LATAM con una línea de reporte indirecta al grupo propietario.**Responsabilidades**:- Gestionar todas las áreas de la función financiera en Soho House México City, incluyendo FP&A y Apoyo Empresarial, Contabilidad, Controles Internos, Ingresos, Cuentas por Cobrar, Compras, Control de Costos, Nómina, Impuestos, Cuentas por Pagar, Gestión de Cuentas Bancarias/Efectivo y CAPEX.- Preparación de Pronósticos y Presupuestos en un entorno de ritmo acelerado, con la capacidad de crear herramientas y plantillas de pronóstico (P&L y Flujo de Efectivo).- Preparación de informes contables y financieros semanales, mensuales y trimestrales.- Gestionar y controlar adecuadamente la función de Tesorería en coordinación con Cuentas por Pagar y el Gerente General.- Crear, implementar y ejecutar diferentes políticas y procedimientos operativos/financieros/contables para un mejor control de los gastos.- Establecer relaciones con una firma externa de cumplimiento tributario.Garantizar que se completen en tiempo y forma todas las presentaciones fiscales requeridas por las regulaciones.- Supervisar y ejecutar los requisitos/entregables de auditoría local en Brasil para incluirlos en la auditoría del Grupo.**Requisitos**:- Se requiere licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carrera relacionada.- Debe tener más de 3 años de experiência relevante en gestión financiera en el sector hotelero.- Habilidades avanzadas de Excel asociadas a grandes volúmenes de datos, gestión de datos e informes.- Conocimiento profundo de los Principios y Prácticas Contables Mexicanas (Mexican GAAP), principios financieros, legales y fiscales.- Experiência en implementación y modificación de sistemas informáticos es una ventaja (Micros OPERA, ADACO, SAGE).- La experiência en apertura de hoteles es una ventaja.- Habilidades efectivas de gestión, liderazgo, organización y comunicación verbal y escrita, tanto en inglés como en español.- Debe ser altamente organizado, eficiente y detallista.- Un alto nível de madurez, profesionalismo, integridad, altos estándares éticos y habilidades de trabajo en equipo.**Opportunities for all
