Our mission is to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Technology Consultant (Platform Unification) The Implementation Team is at the heart of Qualtrics. The initial onboarding experience and solution delivery establishes the client relationship and sets the tone for the partnership. We understand our clients’ goals and, as trusted advisors, recommend solutions to the challenges they face. We listen carefully to our clients and advocate for customers internally, driving operational improvements and product enhancements. Why We Have This Role This specialized role focuses on Platform Unification. You will be the technical bridge for customers moving from DSCVR implementations to our integrated ecosystem on CX with the support of PXE. Your responsibilities include configuring software, architecting data migration strategies, interpreting unstructured data using modern AI, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance. How You’ll Find Success Bridge the data gap between current customer DSCVR implementations and the next‑gen CX platform, translating data pipelines into Engage‑ready data for better omni‑channel insights. Drive insights by moving from DSCVR dashboards and reports to unstructured data analysis on CX, providing customers with enhanced tools for Aha moments. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and demonstrate creative, analytical problem‑solving skills. Structure dashboards that tell compelling, cohesive stories, driving business decisions. Effectively juggle multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Show deep care for clients and provide a world‑class experience. Ensure quality and minimize friction while moving customers to newer capabilities and executing rigorous testing strategies that guarantee satisfaction. Work closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot migration defects and influence the roadmap for data ingestion tools. How You’ll Grow Hands‑on experience with emerging technologies. Exposure to latest thought leadership in the XM industry. Opportunities to own and drive initiatives and strategic projects, such as adopting new product features. Become a subject‑matter expert in ETL processes and complex data migration, positioning yourself as a leader in technical architecture. Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the organization. Continuous learning and acquisition of new skills in technology, project management, and personal growth. Things You’ll Do Execute Platform Unification efforts, operate ETL processes and dashboard migrations to Engage, and consult on customer legacy governance and data to fit new requirements. Rapidly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions. Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work. Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment. Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through multiple communication channels. Enable clients on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions. Lead implementation projects to completion, including management of client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resources. Coordinate and collaborate with the Manager and other members of the internal PXE & Professional Services teams. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to solve problems and deliver custom engineering solutions. Contribute to the team’s body of knowledge, including lessons learned, best practices, and guidance materials. Continuously adapt and deepen product knowledge while staying updated on emerging technologies. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume 3+ years of experience contributing to project‑based teams delivering technical solutions with a focus on data migration. Bachelor’s degree or greater in Quantitative Sciences such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Proven ability to manage large data migration and ETL processes. AI & statistical literacy, including understanding of LLMs and token prediction analysis. Experience delivering technical solutions that drive business value. Project management experience is beneficial but not required. Strong logical reasoning and coding skills in languages such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, Python, Fortran, MATLAB, Wolfram Language. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. Stakeholder‑facing experience where timeline management and explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences are required. Experience at a SaaS, technology, or consulting company is a plus.
