Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Engineering Manager is responsible of the production equipment and machinery from the engineering perspective required to operate the Facility and coordinate and support the transfers to the facility.The Engineering Manager is responsible to develop engineering projects such as Transfers, NPI ´s and improvements.Responsible to comply with all governmental requirements, support Safety and Environmental programs and activities at the facility.Coordinate the installation & validation of new equipment.Lead and execute strategic projects for the business.Develop Automation projects, as well as oversee and maintain existent ones in order to improve efficiency.Develop engineering projects as transfer product lines, facility modifications and improvement project.Develop and Lead the VIP cost reduction strategy for the site and follow up the VIP savings program.Provide technical leadership in establishing both short- and long-term technology and product plans in support of business growth and profitability goals.Set and control budgets for the operation of the engineering department.Forecast, develop and drive to a budget plan.Sustain and improve the Supplier Quality Management program.Coordinate all the SQM program activities with the SQE, GSQE and Tech writer.Comply with regulations applicable to this function.Support the compliance of the governmental environmental regulations on current and new programs.Support the compliance of the insurance regulations and indications.Owner of the creation and maintenance of the product ´s Bill of Materials.CAPEX leader for the Site.Lean/Six Sigma Culture deployment vision and strategy.Manage department staff to assure that resources are identified and tasks assigned to execute projects per milestone commitments.Collaborate effectively across multiple functional departments and across multiple global locations.Determine department priorities; resolve conflicts for department resources.Ensure that projects are conducted according to company guidelinesExperiência y requisitosBachelor Degree, Engineering - 7-10 years experience - Must have experience in Medical device Industry.- Must have experience in Production, FDA regulations.- Develop engineer projects (Transfer equipment Studies, diploma, educational) - Operations or Product Engineering experience at least 3 - 5 years - Experience managing/leading others in a manufacturing setting - Excellent communication skills - Proven capability to lead change in a team environment.- Strong analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects/activities across multiple sitesOferta de empleo confidencialOfrecemos a las empresas la opción de publicar sus ofertas de empleo de manera confidencial, esto es por razones propias de la empresa y en algunos puestos desean mantener la información de forma privada.A continuación se especifican algunas de las razones por las que las empresas deciden publicar sus oportunidades de empleo como confidenciales:- La empresa desea mantener su publicación privada, para sustitución de sus empleados actuales.- Es la búsqueda de personal para nuevas plazas de empleo dentro de las organizaciones que actualmente están por autorizar.- Son empresas de nueva creación que requieren ciertos puestos sin la obligación de dar la información particular de su empresa en ese momento.**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 95%, Escrito: 95%**Sexo** Indistinto
