We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.Dispatchers are the communication hub of our company coordinating staff in the field, monitoring activity, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the day.If you enjoy Steady paced work, multitasking, and problem solving, this role is a great fit.**Shift Details**:- Afternoon / Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM- Full-time schedule- Immediate openings available**What You'll Do**:- Coordinate and dispatch field staff to different locations- Monitor schedules, check-ins, and activity reports- Answer calls and respond to client or staff requests promptly- Keep accurate and detailed records of all activity during your shift- Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations**What We're Looking For**:- **Reliability above all** - we need team members who show up on time, every time- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and calm under pressure)- Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic tracking software- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively- Previous call center, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required- Flexible and able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed**Why Join Us?**- **Steady afternoon hours**:- Paid training provided- Opportunity for growth into leadership or operations roles- Supportive team environmentPay: $10,****** - $14,****** per monthWork Location: In person
