Mission:Directs the plant Procurement team to achieve business objectives through the efficient sourcing and procurement of cost competitive, high quality indirect materials and services in the quantity, form and timing required to support operational needs.Manages the MRO Warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels and service to operations.POSITION INTERNAL INTERACTION- Plant Procurement - to provide direction, leadership, guidance, organization structure, and staff development that motivates and drives effective and efficient execution of Procurement's responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations - to source and ensure delivery of cost-competitive materials and services of world-class quality in timing that supports production schedules- Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Administration, and all other departments - to source and ensure delivery of cost-competitive materials and services that enable execution of each departments' responsibilities- Finance, Legal, Internal Control - to conduct business in accordance with established processes that comply with Metalsa's communicated financial, corporate and legal requirements- All functions - to serve as an escalation resource to resolve conflicts in issues related to the assigned commoditiesPOSITION EXTERNAL INTERACTION- Suppliers - to establish high-integrity relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial terms in good faith, communicate effectively, and resolve escalated issuesEXPERIENCE:Industrial/ Systems/ Mechanical Engineering, International Commerce or other 4-year business degree5-8 years of Procurement management (Strategic Sourcing/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain), or equivalent related experience3-5 years of Procurement-related management experience within the automotive industryExperience managing multiple commoditiesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $50,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
