En GXO estamos en busca de nuestro próximo Specialist, Logistics para nuestro equipo en Apodaca. En GXO diseñamos las cadenas de suministro más rápidas, inteligentes y eficientes. Estamos diseñando cadenas de suministro que transforman la logística de hoy y se adelantan al futuro. Principales Responsabilidades: Mantener actualizada la información del producto del cliente en el sistema SAP, de acuerdo con las cargas e ingreso de los embarques de la cuenta. Generar reportes semanales de inventarios desde el sistema SAP para la validación del material físico ya sea para reabastecimiento o surtido. Generar las guías de despacho (impresión de etiqueta) para el traslado interno o a cliente final. Dar seguimiento a las órdenes, comunicando cualquier desviación o desviación de los embarques. Realizar reporte de arribo para revisión con el cliente. Requisitos: Indispensable Secundaria o bachillerato concluido. Al menos 2 año de experiencia en procesos administrativos de almacenaje: captura, seguimiento de embarques. Experiencia dentro del área de inventarios. Excel avanzado (Formulas y Tablas dinámicas) indispensable. Deseable manejo de WMS.
