En GXO estamos en busca de nuestro próximo Specialist, Logistics para nuestro equipo en Apodaca.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Mantener actualizada la información del producto del cliente en el sistema SAP, de acuerdo con las cargas e ingreso de los embarques de la cuenta.

  • Generar reportes semanales de inventarios desde el sistema SAP para la validación del material físico ya sea para reabastecimiento o surtido.

  • Generar las guías de despacho (impresión de etiqueta) para el traslado interno o a cliente final.

  • Dar seguimiento a las órdenes, comunicando cualquier desviación o desviación de los embarques.

  • Realizar reporte de arribo para revisión con el cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Indispensable Secundaria o bachillerato concluido.

  • Al menos 2 año de experiencia en procesos administrativos de almacenaje: captura, seguimiento de embarques.

  • Excel avanzado (Formulas y Tablas dinámicas).

  • Deseable manejo de WMS.
