Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.- Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.- Maintain all equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.- Create, update, and implement maintenance documentation and procedures.- Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize unplanned downtime.- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues.- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, both internal and external.- Plan, manage, and verify work completed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with local codes and Modineer standards.- Ensure all department personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures.- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.Review any cost or timing implications with leadership and propose options to minimize downtime and expenses.- Document and prepare daily progress reports.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- ** Bachelor's degree** in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering.- ** Minimum of 5 years of experience** in industrial maintenance within the metalworking or automotive sector.- ** Previous managerial experience.**:- ** Strong knowledge** of maintenance disciplines, including mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.- ** Solid understanding** of facilities, machines, and equipment such as high-tonnage presses, welders, and laser cutting systems.- ** Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.**:- ** Strong analytical skills** and the ability to solve technical problems effectively.- ** Strategic leadership** with a long-term vision.- ** Knowledge of industrial safety regulations** and quality standards such as IATF ***** or ISO ****.- ** Effective communication and interpersonal skills,** with the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English fluently.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Mantenimiento**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** Si
