**The main objective for this position**: Enhance our after-sales service guarantee, improve customer experience, and enhance market reputation**Main challenge**: Adapt to work on business trips; Technology updates quickly, strong learning and communication are required.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the installation and commissioning of the company's laser cutting machine, and carry out technical training, maintenance and upgrading for customers.- According to the maintenance tasks arranged by the superior, repair and solve the faults of the laser cutting machine.- Master and manage customer maintenance information and machine and cooperate with sales to do technical support.- Handle customer complaints, resolve complaints, and appease customers.**Job scope**: Mainly work in Mexico, short-term business trips may require travel to neighboring Latin American countries**No experience in the laser cutting machine**- University graduate, major in electrical or automation- Adapt to domestic business trips and short-term business trips to neighboring countries in Latin America- Can communicate with EnglishTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $15,****** al mesHorario:- Horario flexiblePrestaciones:- Horarios flexiblesTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualExperiência:- ventas técnicas: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- ingles avanzado conversacional (Deseable)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
