**Position Title: Sales Engineer****Position Objective**:**Main Responsibilities**:- **Sales and Business Development**:- **Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**:- **Technical Consultation and Solution Development**:- **Customer Support and After-Sales Service****Specific Tasks**:- **Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**:- Identify and target potential customers in the bearings and power transmission industry.- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.- Regularly visit customer sites to assess their needs, provide technical advice, and promote products and services.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.- **Technical Consultation and Solution Development**:- Provide technical support to customers by addressing their inquiries and challenges.- Gather specifications and engineering data to develop customized solutions.- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop products.- Present technical proposals, quotations, and offers to customers.- **Sales Indicators and Business Development**:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Perform sales forecasting and manage the pipeline.- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.- **Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis**:- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding improvements and opportunities.- **Customer Support and After-Sales Service**:- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales support.- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields.- **Languages**: Fluent in English- **Experience**:- Industrial sales: 3 to 5 years- Technical experience in industrial parts and systems: 3 to 5 years- Industrial design and manufacturing: 2 to 4 years- Industrial maintenance, engineering, and operations: 3 to 5 years- **Travel Availability**:- **License and Vehicle**: Yes.**Technical and Administrative Competencies**:- Knowledge in sales, negotiation, and commercial tactics.- Technical knowledge of bearings and power transmission.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365.- Experience with CRM and project management.**Human and Personal Competencies**:- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.- Customer satisfaction and results-oriented.- Planning, organization, and teamwork capabilities.- Creativity, problem-solving, and self-discipline.**What We Offer**:- **Salary**: $70,000 monthly gross- **Superior Benefits**:- $450 monthly for expenses- Quarterly bonuses and annual- Monthly commissions- **Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo LeonTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono anual- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- rodamientos industriales: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
