TE Connectivity's Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage.They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes.**What your background should look like**:Visión general:Asignación de liderar a los Equipos de trabajo para lograr la seguridad, calidad, entregas, costos y compromiso; con el fin de lograr los objetivos de producción y así cumplir las necesidades del cliente a través del desarrollo de la gente y de los Equipos de trabajo.Tareas, responsabilidades y autoridad:1. Conocimiento y administración de criterios de proceso y calidad2. Liderazgo y Equipos Autodirigidos3. Coordinar el arranque y cierre de turno diario4. Seguimiento del plan de producción.5. Conocimiento, Aplicación y mejora de los indicadores de producción6. Responsable de seguir y hacer seguir el proceso adecuado de sustancias peligrosas.7. Realiza acciones para reducción el impacto ambiental, así como actividades para el cumplimiento de la norma de ISO*****.8. Autoridad de detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que este fuera del cumplimiento legal ambiental.9.
