**Job Description Summary**: The Production Planner is responsible to schedule and monitor a production plan that supports a customer delivery agreement, which needs to be fullfilled in the matter of quantity and time.This position assures roadblocks and constrains are highlighted/contained and/or escalated in order to assure production continuity and process flow, working directly with the production control leader, supervisors, engineering and NPI team.- 3-5-year experience in a similar position in manufacturing industry or planning environment.- Close work with production leadership and engineering teams.- Strong understanding of resource planning.- Excellent communication abilities.- Process-oriented thinking and acting.- ERP/MRP experience in WIP & Inventory control.- Production Control and Logistics (Kanban/Pull-Push).- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
