We seek a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team, specializing in the ocean or ground freight industry.If you have a solid track record in ocean freight logistics and are adept at building client relationships, we want to hear from youRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.Professional Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive (Ocean or Ground Freight) or similar roles in logistics with a focus on ocean or ground freight.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ocean or ground freight industry, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective client and colleague engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular online and offline meetings, ensure effective presentation of our services to potential and existing clients, address client needs, and handle objections professionally.Present proposals and close accounts effectively.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in ocean or ground freight sectors.Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our ocean and ground freight services.TermsCompetitive Salary + CommissionsLaw BenefitsMedical InsuranceIf you are passionate about ocean or ground freight logistics and eager to contribute to our team's success, apply today#J-*****-Ljbffr
