Electronics Test EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Equipment Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry.This role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and development, as well as the chance to collaborate with international teams from around the world.The ideal candidate will design, execute, and manage test processes to ensure product quality and reliability, while leading and guiding a team of technicians and operators.Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and performance.- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and reports.- Troubleshoot and resolve testing equipment malfunctions.- Perform set-up, operation, maintenance, modification, and calibration of testing equipment.- Adjust equipment and update programs to maintain required tolerances.- Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.- Ensure equipment uptime meets or exceeds department standards.- Organize and prioritize workloads effectively.- Provide guidance and leadership to technicians and operators.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.- 3–5 years of experience within the electronics industry.- Proven experience as a Test Engineer in the manufacturing industry.- Hands-on experience with testing equipment.- Proficiency with wireless product testing and calibration processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.Career Opportunities:- Career development opportunities in a fast-growing environment.- Exposure to international collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.- Be a valued contributor to our global success story.
