About the companyOur Client is a dynamic, fast-paced digital marketing and sales firm committed to driving real impact through innovation and collaboration, rooted in strong values and a faith-inspired mission.What You'll DoManage client relationships and develop comprehensive marketing plans.Translate client goals into actionable strategies and ensure deliverables align with expectations.Report progress to internal teams and help keep tasks on track.Oversee email campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.Conduct data analysis and prepare performance reports for clients and leadership.Assist in sales enablement efforts through strategic planning, tool setup, and content alignment.Provide direction on SEO, social media management, paid digital spend, and web technologies.Manage HubSpot to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.Set up and monitor automated tasks and maintain an organized database in HubSpot.Create reports and dashboards to demonstrate overall progress.Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and assist team members in using the platform effectively.Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing management, or CRM-focused role.Strong understanding of marketing databases, CRMs, and workflow architecture.Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.Ability to translate complex data and client needs into clear, actionable plans.Preferred SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.Familiarity with key digital marketing functions (email, SEO, paid media, social, web strategy).A proactive, adaptable mindset with problem-solving abilities.PersonalityCommitment to Our Client's core values.Desire to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven team.Ability to confidently navigate new tools, technologies, and client environments.Software & ToolsC2, Native, C1Schedule20 to 40 hours a weekWhat You'll GetPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypePart-timeJob FunctionMarketingIndustryMarketing Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
