Meta Ads Creative Strategist at TAS Digital AgencyNOTE: Please apply only if you have experience in creating short-form UGC and static direct response ads for Meta and/or TikTok.This experience should include ideation, writing briefs, scripts, storyboards, collaborating with designers to create creatives, testing ads, and scaling creatives.If you do not have a portfolio showcasing at least 25 fully created ads, scripts, and other creatives, please do not waste your time applying.We require a portfolio of fully created ads.At TAS Digital, we're a fast-growing European agency working with global brands across the world.We're a fully remote team of experts who are passionate about growth—both for our clients and ourselves.Our culture is built on continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.We believe in strong client relationships, strong team relationships, and giving everyone the independence to do their best work—while working hard together toward shared goals.If you're driven, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact on a global scale, you'll fit right in.Role OverviewAs a Creative Strategist at TAS Digital, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling ad campaigns specifically for platforms like Meta and TikTok.Your role will involve developing creative briefs, writing engaging copy, conducting thorough market research, and applying marketing psychology to design ads that resonate with target audiences.Develop and execute creative briefs for the production team that align with client objectives.Write persuasive copy, scripts, and storyboards for UGC creators.Manage around 3–5 clients for this part-time position.Manage 3–5 UGC creators per client per month to create UGC ads.Conduct in-depth research to inform marketing tactics and strategies.Apply understanding of marketing psychology to enhance ad effectiveness.Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment and execution.Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and platform updates for Meta and TikTok.Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet TAS Digital's high standards.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Strategist, specifically in creating ads for Meta and TikTok.Proven ability in brief creation, copywriting, and conducting market research.Strong grasp of marketing tactics and psychology.Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.Has contributed to the creation of at least 100 ads.Preferably has worked in an agency environment and managed at least 5 clients simultaneously.What You'll Get100% remote, forever.Courses and educational incentives to grow your skills.Flexible hours.Birthdays off.Learning everything there is about eCommerce growth, advertising strategies and email marketing.Getting to know how a remote digital agency works from inside and out.The potential to mold and grow the culture and processes in the company.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesAdvertising ServicesLocation: Mexico City, Mexico#J-*****-Ljbffr
