**EMPRESA IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Finance Manager****Descripción y Requisitos**Experience and Training Required- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Engineering is required- MBA in finance or CPA would be a plus- Bilingual English / Spanish- Visa Laser (willing to travel to US for training)- Minimum 5 years of financial experience with emphasis on financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, cash management, and financial reporting- HR Experience / knowledge- Operational experience with a company in a multi-location or divisional environment- Must have excellent technical, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills- Must have demonstrated strong computer literacy- Must have a good business sensePrincipal Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Assists members of management in the performance of their business functions through the interpretation of results, analysis, reporting and providing business and financial perspective- Spearheads the financial planning process including budgets, forecasts and longer-range strategic plans.Provides an ongoing oversight of all operations, and participates in major operating decisions- Provides frequent and regular financial forecasts and business analyses for staff level in Pensylvania.- Supports all requests for capital spending for compliance with corporate guidelines, addition of economic value to the company and integration with the strategic direction of the Company- Ensures compliance with and timely filing of all corporate reporting requirements- Develops the necessary reporting structures to ensure the cost of production, conversion and handling are known through meaningful reporting and appropriate measurement against applicable standards of measure- Responsible for the timely preparation of appropriate management oriented financial reports- Ensures the maximization of division asset utilization through ongoing interdepartmental direction of investments and expenditures- Ensures that all departments of the division are operating in compliance with corporate policies- Suggests and supports actions to reduce headcount turnoverPuesto: Finanzas**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
