Procurement Coordinator Personal CareFunction: ProcurementWL: 1DWHO ARE WE?Do you want to work for a company that makes a difference in the world?At Unilever, we have a clear purpose - to make sustainable living commonplace.Through our 400 brands reaching 2.5 billion people every day, we aim to make a positive social impact globally and locally.Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman's and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.LOCATION: Bosques de las Lomas, CDMX**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Key role that will have to support factory day to day operations ensuring business continuity through materials delivery (within standards of service and quality)- Manage supplier relationships and actively support Pack & Raw material strategy deployment- Become only point of contact for matters related with other parts of the organization that require crisis management (planning, quality, R&D, etc.), leading and supporting with high level of communication and coordination with stakeholders- Active participation, representing procurement in 5S (savings) and innovation project forums, supporting implementation of value across the BU (Business Unit)- Stakeholder management.Establish and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, understand the importance of relationship dynamics- Support and develop resilience strategies in alignment with SC (Supply Chain) needs and portfolio ´s long term strategy- Support supplier with P2P (Procure To Pay) issues through use of escalation process for invoice and payment topics (helpdesk)- Drive and Implement the Sustainability agenda for Deodorants Mexico- Monitor and review demand changes throughout the year with the planning teams, to activate mitigation plans with suppliersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Higher professional education / university degree- Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is desirable- High degree of interpersonal, negotiation, influencing skills- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills- Excellent analytical and communication skills- Self-starter and proactive problem solver, able to make decisions and raise escalations accordingly.- Ability to prioritize and understand the level of importance of different topics within a complex environment.- Understand business operations and priorities E2E.- Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural environment.IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER:- Current Mexican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
