The ideal candidate will bring proven sales capability from the component manufacturing or finished goods sector, along with the technical understanding needed to navigate complex, solution‑driven customer relationships. You’ll be part of a rapidly expanding international group where initiative, energy, and commercial insight directly shape business success. Experience Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Skills Strong commercial and strategic instincts; advanced Excel; CRM familiarity. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. High Compliance Detail‑oriented, quality‑ and process‑focused. Drive Regional Growth Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead. Sales Project Leadership Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics. Market & Data Insight Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. CRM Management Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Maintain close communication with the European sales leader and coordinate operationally with the Mexico‑based production site. Competitive compensation (contract or local employment if in Mexico).
