Join us and celebrate the beauty of human experience.Create for happier, healthier lives, with love for nature.Together, with kindness and humility, we deliver food innovations, craft inspired fragrances and develop beauty and wellbeing solutions that make people look and feel good.There's much to learn and many to learn from, with more than 16,000 employees around the world to explore ideas and ambitions with.In Mexico, work with our caring colleagues from our 6 innovative research, creation, and production centres to help us grow with purpose.Every day, your talent, your personality, and your determination will shape our future, making a positive difference on billions of people.Every essence of you enriches our world.We are Givaudan.Human by nature.Customer Care Representative Junior, your future opportunity?You will manage process sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates following Customer Care guidelines.Guide communication between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers' needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way.You will report to our Customer Care Manager, based in Querétaro, Mexico.In this exciting opportunity, you'll:Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelinesProvide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirementsDay to day communication with customers, operations and sales Interpret and analyse client schedules and prioritise ordersResolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externallyConfirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date informationArrange transportation with forwarders or shipping/freight team, manage process for dealing with International orders including inspection and shipping documentation requirements where relevantPrepare Invoices, Debit and Credit notes, process notifications and Customer ReturnsCoordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched / delivered on time and manage customer expectationsCoordinate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positionsUpdate and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirementsProvide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessaryProperly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issueKnows how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customers Identify opportunities for improvements in customer careYour professional profile includes:2 or more years of experienceCommunication SkillsExperience in Customer Relationship ManagementBasic Knowledge of SAP or Order Entry SystemsBasic Inventory Management knowledgeMicrosoft Office ExpertiseBasic Negotiation SkillsUnderstanding of Incoterms and Shipping TerminologyLanguage Skills: Advanced EnglishWe offer the following benefits:Annual bonus and PTU.Excellent medical insurance plan.Excellent Savings Plan.Career Development Opportunities with access to many virtual learning sessions.International working environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
