**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years of real experience as Accountant or Financial.- US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Knowledge- Excellent knowledge of MS excel is required.- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP B1, NetSuite is plus.- Bilingual Mandatory.**Main Activities**:- Manage and track monthly invoicing.Ensure completeness and correctness.- Support finance controller in determine Deferred Revenue & Accrued Revenues for the month- Ensure and track fixed price milestone billing and follow-up with project manager/delivery team to get details from month end point of view- Ensure completeness of expense billing- Recording of sales for the month before the sales tax filing deadline and filing sales tax on timely basis.- Generate monthly/periodic reports as requested by controller.- Support finance controller in month end closing- Proactively customer follow-ups for outstanding invoices & reconcile any irregularities in payment- Support finance controller in bank and year-end audits.- Generate PO from the system.
