Position will be based out of our Mexico City office (work from home 2 days per week)_About the Role :In this role, you will be focused on implementing, growing, and improving Nu Skin's Programs and incentives for the markets in Latin America.This includes, but is not limited to, the following programs : Roadmap to Success Incentives, Sales Performance Plan, Prysm iO Scanner, Incentives to grow the business and sales leaders.You will need to have an understanding and working knowledge of direct selling marketing, analytics, marketing standard practices, program management, and possess strong writing skills.The Programs Manager for LATAM will manage programs managers for Latin America (currently : Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru).What you'll do :Work with all markets in Latin America on ideation, development, implementation, and support of Program initiatives to drive market growth.Evaluate current Programs on Key Performance Indicators and suggest improvements.Develop marketing and communications campaigns related to Programs.Collaborate with Global Enterprise on Best Practices.Develop pivotal initiatives focused on customer acquisition.Develop and Implement Recognition Strategies, related to Programs and incentives.Refine interdepartmental processes to improve efficiencies.Write, create and present training on programs and initiatives; internally and externally.Stay current on competitive intelligence within Direct Sales and other industry leaders.Train Brand Affiliates at Events (some travel may be required).Create presentations and oversee artwork for marketing campaigns.What you'll need :3+ years work experience in a related field - 1-3 years immediate management experienceBachelors degree in a related fieldMust work well in a team environment with mínimal supervisionAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyPossess the ability to take complex principles and distill them down to consumable understandable informationDemonstrate analytical proficiency when seeking answers to questionsSolid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and its functions requiredUnderstand Nu Skin's Affiliate and Leadership marketing business modelKeep commitments and deliver under pressureSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent organizational skillsCollaborate effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of people across organizational and international boundariesLeads and directs team membersBilingual (English and Spanish).Able to read, write and make oral presentations.Our Benefits & Perks :You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.We offer competitive benefits to eligible employees with comprehensive medical coverage; an incentive bonus program; and access to our top-quality beauty & wellness products.You'll also be empowered to prioritize what's important to you through flexible work arrangements and a vacation policy.Thinking about expanding your family?We have maternity and paternity leave too.Our Commitment :We are committed to seeking, developing, and empowering diverse individuals and perspectives.We seek to be a global community where every employee and consumer knows and feels they belong.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and success at Nu Skin is independent of race, age, gender orientation, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
