**CONFIDENCIAL..****Solicita**:**Engineering Manager****Descripción y Requisitos****Job/Position Summary**:- Develops and improves overall manufacturing processes in order to comply with a safe work environment, high quality products manufacturing with sustained daily operational performance targets achievements with a continuous improvement mindset.**Requirements**:- College degree in Engineering or related field- 10+ years of experience in relevant field.- Ability to operate various tools, equipment & machinery.- Trouble shooting skills.- Computer literacy in MS Windows, and MS Office.- Broad experience managing direct labor efficiency improvement projects, CAPEX setup, approvals and execution- Proficiency in the English language (advanced)- Broad experience on Lean Manufacturing deployment and technical knowledge on Lean advanced tools.**Responsibility**:- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities to improve overall operational performance.- Analyze technology, resources need, and market demand, to plan and assess the timeline and execution of the projects.- Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment under financial budget.- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.This includes New Products introductions, production lines transfers, Engineering running changes, Capital Expense projects, etc.- Ensure QMS complies with regulatory requirements in terms of engineering documentation and processes updates.- Ensure all manufacturing processes within the operation have low safety risk, high quality product and within the set direct labor structure and financial scope.- Lead and sustain all continuous improvements / Lean Manufacturing strategy to improve and sustain a benchmark operational performance and setup across the company.- Ensure QMS changes are planned and executed on time with ensuring all documentation is updated- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates in terms of equipment, labor, layout and others.- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications and improve spending YOY.Puesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
