**Company**: America Steel Trade Corporation**About Us**: America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company headquartered in North Miami, Florida.AST specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American Markets.**Key Responsibilities**:- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage trade contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards.- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.- Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.- Ensure all trade contracts comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards.- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.- Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives.- Track contract performance and obligations, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.- Handle any contract-related disputes or issues, working towards amicable and fair solutions.- Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks to senior management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.An advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.- Minimum 5+ year of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operation in trading companies.- Experience in a trading company legal department- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Yearly bonuses.- Remote work.- Vacation time and 8 holidays annually.- Training opportunities.Pay: From $1,581,****** per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Experience in a trading company legal department: 5 years (required)- contract management, trade legal operations: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
