AST specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American Markets.**Key Responsibilities**:- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.- Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including initiation, negotiation, execution, and post-execution activities.- Identify and assess legal and business risks associated with contracts and agreements.- Prepare the monthly analysis for the data driven by the purchasing and sales departments.- Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to reach mutually beneficial terms and conditions.- Ensure that all contracts and agreements adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Review customer accreditation forms and supplier accreditation forms that are submitted as company requirements.- Manage contracts with customers and suppliers, including order confirmations, shipping documents, and inspection reports.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
