Key responsibilities include: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement agreements, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and basic real estate documents Provide legal support for transactions and general corporate matters Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth execution Advise on legal risks and elevate issues when necessary Qualifications: Law degree and licensed to practice law in the country of residence within Latin America 7+ years of experience in corporate transactions and contract work Strong background in law in the country of residence within Latin America; working knowledge of Andean law is a plus Prior in‑house experience with an industrial manufacturing company preferred; automotive sector experience is a super plus Ability to work 20–35 hours per week Only resumes submitted in English will be considered Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lawyers On Demand by 2x Get notified about new Commercial Lawyer jobs in Latin America.
