**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, develop, and execute regional field marketing and event strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.- Partner closely with sales teams to create marketing programs that support pipeline development and accelerate deal cycles.- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and timelines.- Design and deliver customer-first experiences that strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.- Track, analyze, and report on event and field marketing program performance, including ROI and contribution to pipeline.- Continuously improve programs by incorporating data insights and feedback.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and program effectiveness.- Stay current with emerging event marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing events and programs that drive measurable results.- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.- Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and reporting ROI.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience supporting regional sales teams and aligning marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals.- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar).- Strong creative problem-solving and customer-first mindset.**What We Offer**:- A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for impact and growth.- Exposure to diverse marketing channels and strategies in a fast-paced industry.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $32,****** al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
