This role is key to ensuring our sales execution is aligned with the company’s strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth. Role ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with the overall business strategy.Sales Planning: Develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets.Performance Tracking: Build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well-supported.Market & Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks.Process Improvement: Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within the commercial area.Partner & Client Support: Provide data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.
