The company, a leader in the long-term rental sector, offers rental services and integrated mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, from large to small and medium-sized businesses, from professionals to individuals and public administrations, on the path to zero-emission mobility through innovation and cutting-edge technological services.### Our company culture: Consistently leading by example with our values – Authenticity, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Commitment – is of paramount importance.**Role Overview*** The Sales Manager will be a senior expert supporting sales leadership with insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations.* The Sales Manager will manage B2B mobility & leasing/ Growth, Key Accounts and strategic sales for Ayvens Mexico.* The Sales Manager will have solid experience in B2B business development, specializing in mobility solutions, leasing, and financial services.* The focus will be on acquiring new clients, revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value deals.* We are looking a Sales Manager with a proven ability to build portfolios, preferably with an existing client base, lead complex sales cycles, and cultivate long-term relationships with mid- to upper-level executives* With ability to adapt strategies according to the specifics of each account, technical requirements, language, knowledge of specific systems, and the needs of the Mexican market.**Main Responsibilities*** Develop B2B sales strategy for the corporate and international business segments* Manage the sales pipeline and acquire new clients* Lead complex sales processes: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal, negotiation, and closing* Coordinate with internal departments (risk, operations, pricing, legal, etc.)* Present Ayvens as a strategic partner to decision-makers and industry forums**Key Requirements. Knowledge & Skills*** 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and progressive sales leadership experience* Knowledge in vehicle leasing, fleet management, or related industries is advantageous.* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.* Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.* Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills* Openness to learning, change, and continuous improvement.* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.* Proficient Spanish and English* Bachelor's Degree required.**Digital Tools / Productivity*** CRM Systems (Salesforce), Management and tracking, Sales Dashboard, Sales Funnel Analysis* Excel (Financial Scenarios, ROE, Pricing)* PowerPoint (Sales, Product, and Executive PPT)With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
