Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:**Incident Lead**Managing and coordinating the resolution of IT incidents within the organization.This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage incident response teams and stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and prioritize incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency.- Coordinate incident response activities with IT teams and stakeholders.- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business impact.- Identify root cause and contribute to the development of preventative measures.- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.- Communicate incident status and resolution to stakeholders.- Provide leadership and guidance to incident response teams.- Conduct post-incident reviews and report on incident metrics and trends.- Continuously improve incident management processes and procedures.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Your Skills and Experience****As an Incident Lead, your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field- 5+ years of experience in IT incident management- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes- Experience with incident management tools and processes- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Experience working in an Agile environment, Agile Tools and good exposure to Continuous Integration (CICD Process)- Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks are a plus.**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?At Zurich millions of individuals and businesses place their trust in our products and services every day.Our 53,000 employees worldwide form the basis of our success, enabling, businesses and communities to face a world of risk with confidence.Imagine if you could help people do this all over the world.You'd give them confidence and reassurance by protecting what they love most.It's a big challenge, but you will be supported by a world-class team who believe in helping you to reach your full potential and deliver on our promises.So be challenged.Be inspired.Help us make a difference.At Zurich we are an equal opportunity employer.We attract and retain the best qualified individuals available, without regard to race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
