Overview Position Objective: To manage, analyze, and optimize last mile logistics operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, controlling parcel carrier costs, and monitoring performance. You will be responsible for both operational and administrative control of final-mile deliveries, with a strong focus on customer experience and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure on-time delivery (OTD, OTIF) performance from last-mile providers. Validate and control parcel carrier billing (rates, penalties, SLAs). Analyze delivery data (routes, lead times, incidents, returns) to drive operational efficiency. Manage relationships with transportation providers, including performance evaluations and contract compliance. Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and finance teams. Generate operational and financial reports related to last-mile deliveries and logistics costs. Propose strategies to optimize routes, reduce transportation costs, and improve service levels. Support transportation audits and cost reconciliations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in last-mile logistics, parcel delivery, or transportation. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of key logistics KPIs: OTD, OTIF, NPS, lead time, returns.
