**Job Description Summary**: Systems Product Definition intern - This position will help PDE system to cover some billable activities and will help with the high workload.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stack-ups, and various electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspectionDeveloping conceptual knowledge of professional discipline.May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolves issues using established procedures.Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Collaborates with others to solve issues.For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.**Required Qualifications**Currently enrolled in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related with at least 1 year to graduate.Strong communication skills in both English & Spanish.Basic Drawing development skills.**Desired Characteristics**Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.CAD / CAE Software Knowledge (Siemens NX)**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
