4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Excellent written and spoken Mexican Spanish and EnglishRing is looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed marketing manager to drive brand awareness in Mexico, through innovative and creative marketing strategies.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing efforts in Mexico.This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to develop, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns—including paid digital, ATL, organic social, and experimental A/B testing of new channels and creatives.You will work closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.A deep understanding of the local Mexican market, consumer behavior, and media landscape is essential to crafting effective strategies that resonate with our audience.Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Build and execute brand and performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results across multiple channels.- Test and scale new marketing channels—both online and offline—to reach the right audiences in fresh and effective ways.- Set up and refine campaign experiments, using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimise performance.- Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to collaborate on creative production.- Manage relationships with agencies and advertising platforms to explore new opportunities, negotiate placements, and stay ahead of industry trends.- Define key metrics and processes to standardise how campaigns are tracked, measured, and optimised.- Monitor and adapt to local consumer behavior to refine strategies based on consumer behavior, industry shifts, and emerging trends.- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
