DESCRIPTIONSalario mensual bruto: $14,******Ubicación: C. del Fresno 376, Atlampa, Cuauhtémoc, ***** Ciudad de México, CDMX, México.Horario:En Amazon, estamos trabajando para ser la principal compañía enfocada en los clientes.Para lograrlo, necesitamos talento excepcional, brillante y autodirigible.Amazon es una de las marcas más reconocidas en el mundo porque distribuimos millones de productos a nuestros clientes.Estamos buscando un TOM (Transportation Operations Management) para nuestra organización en el área de Transporte.TOM es la persona responsable de la seguridad y las operaciones de transporte dentro del patio de maniobras de cualquier instalación de Amazon.TOM es el enlace entre el equipo de transporte y el equipo de operaciones, coordinando cada movimiento de entrada y salida de unidades, así como el posicionamiento de ellas de acuerdo al layout del patio.Debe de garantizar una ocupación óptima y evitar tener unidades con más de 72 hrs dentro de las instalaciones.El equipo TOM debe de coordinarse con los transportistas y garantizar que las unidades lleguen a tiempo para cargar, así como de las salidas en tiempo de cualquier instalación.Apoyamos las iniciativas y el cumplimiento general de los procesos de todo el equipo de transportación y también para las operaciones de FC.Key job responsibilities¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?- Coordinar entradas y salidas de unidades al patio de maniobras- Coordinar y supervisar a un equipo de personas para apoyar en las labores del patio.- Coordinar con transportistas y drivers las llegadas en tiempo de unidades para carga.- Trabajar en coordinación con operaciones para garantizar las salidas en tiempo.- Cumplir y garantizar que se cumplan los protocolos de safety dentro del yard.- Realizar auditorías de calidad para asegurar lo físico vs virtual.- Coordinar movimientos de unidades internas con un equipo de patieros.- Acudir a juntas con el equipo de operaciones internas del sitio.- Generar reportes de:- ocupación hora por hora del patio- tiempo de entradas y salidas de las unidades y motivos de los retrasos en sistemas.- KPIs sobre yard accuracy y yard defects- Recepcion de Line hauls, unidades de ultima milla y media milla.AmazonMexicoBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High school or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Are 18 years of age or older
