At AT&T, we're connecting the world through the latest tech, top-of-the-line communications and the best in entertainment.Innovation powers all that we do, and our groundbreaking solutions deliver compelling communication and entertainment experiences to millions of customers worldwide.As part of our team, your next big idea could be our newest innovation.Here's your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media and technology to transform our company and your career.You as an Employee Relations Manager will be responsible of:- Responsible for conferring advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification, and guidance on a full range of Human Resources (HR) policies, practices, programs and issues, along with labor agreement interpretation.- Primary contact to investigate and resolve HR inquiries directed from various business unit clients, union representatives and HR partners (e.g. Sr. HR Specialists, HR Generalists, Legal, Labor Relations, etc.).- Analyze and confer expertise relating to HR inquiries.Responsible for Tier 1 support, providing initial investigative guidance.- Position manages small to medium projects.Recommends direction and confers expertise to a variety of business unit clients on HR issues, policies and practices and non-management collective Bargaining agreements.- Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Primary liaison for employees in resolving HR issues.- This job key may also be used for the Regional Performance Manager positions supporting Mobility Retail.Counsels' managers on employee-related matters to ensure consistency across business units.**Requirements**:- Advanced English Skills (Written and Oral)- Critical Thinking.- Analytical Thinking.- Strategic HR, Negotiation.- Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or related.Experience: 3 -5 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
