**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Employee Relations Analyst to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).Responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies to create and maintain an environment that delivers desired business results and supports employee engagement. Influences all levels of the organization to effectively handle all volatile conflict situations that have high organizational impact. Involved in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of employee relations policies and procedures. Audits the organization to identify employee relations issues or concerns and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues. Responds to employee inquiries, questions and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers. Tracks and compiles issue logs and complaints; provides feedback on HR policy and programs to area specialists and management.**About NTT DATA
