Apply Software Project Manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, managing technology projects, preferably with experience in cloud environments Strong knowledge of project development and implementation processes. Strong presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Strong leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills. Proven experience in successfully delivering projects. Solid working knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project management processes. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and business acumen skills. Solid knowledge of ITIL fundamentals. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. At least one valid project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional areas for the launch of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical equipment within the Mexico Cluster. Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Manage project deliverables, including the technical solution, implementation, support, and quality. Understand and participate in the multiple phases of project implementation. Collaborate with portfolio teams, application owners, enterprise architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and timelines. Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walkthroughs, test results, etc.) and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Interact with clients to understand their business and respond to their needs based on business and technical knowledge. Educate and influence others, including project sponsors, other project managers, and project team resources. Define and execute project plans and report on project status, issues, progress, budget, etc., to relevant service owners/management, including project review meetings and dashboards.
