WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage end-to-end delivery of software consultancy projects from kickoff to launch and post-release support.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Plan and track project scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (as applicable).

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders.

Identify risks and blockers early, proposing solutions and mitigation plans.

Ensure high-quality delivery while balancing client expectations and team capacity.

Provide clear reporting and status updates to clients and internal leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or digital consultancy

Proven experience managing client-facing projects

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams

Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Experience working with engineering teams in web, mobile, or cloud-based projects
