**QuickBooks Internal Auditor **(Resume must be in English)Bay Management Group currently has an opening in our corporate office for an Internal Auditor to work remotely.You must be willing to learn more and help the team as needed.Our company is growing rapidly, and the roles responsibilities will evolve over time.If change doesn't come easy to you, this role will not be a good fit for you.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High School Diploma, with college degree preferredWith experience in General Ledgers and financial account reconciliationsAble to speak English fluentlyAttention to detailAbility to adapt to change fastStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsComputer literacy to include spreadsheets, outlook, Adobe, and ability to adapt to new software programs.QuickBooks experience is requiredJOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct compliance and financial audit for the following:- Bank Reconciliation- Payroll- Payables- Deposits- Server- Entire GL for all offices(This may include reviewing internal controls, business processes, company policies and procedures, vendor contracts, leases, documents, and records)**- **Preparation of reports summarizing audit findings and recommendationsPay: $****** per hourApplication Question(s):- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Do you have QuickBooks experience?- Do you have AppFolio experience?- Is your spoken and written English at an excellent professional level?- Is your resume submitted in English?If resume is not in English we will be unable to move forward.
