We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI).Your main responsibilities will include:- Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution advise- Provide operation guidance when is needed- Cooperation with related teams include IT and biz- Study and practice, contribution in AI OperationRequirements- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics- 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations; it's not mandatory to have knowledge in both modules at the same time- Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI)- ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plus- Fluent English and excellent learning ability- Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills- Willingness to work in shifts when required- Able to attend the office 3 days per week (hybrid work schedule).Resume in English is required
