This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on MarTech expertise with team management client relationship ownership and business development.Youll be responsible for leading LATAM and international client accounts designing sophisticated automation strategies and building our marketing automation capabilities as we scale. This role requires someone who can seamlessly bridge marketing technology and data teams while managing both clients and internal team members.What Youll OwnClient Leadership & Account ManagementLead and manage a portfolio of LATAM and international MarTech clients across multiple industriesServe as primary strategic advisor for marketing automation and CRM initiativesAct as the bridge between marketing technology and data teams to ensure seamless executionPresent performance reports strategic recommendations and optimization roadmaps to C-level stakeholdersDrive client satisfaction retention and account growthMarketing Automation Strategy & ExecutionDesign implement and optimize end-to-end marketing automation strategies for diverse client portfoliosConfigure manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Eloqua HubSpot Marketo Pardot ActiveCampaign etc.)Lead the planning execution and analysis of sophisticated multichannel campaignsBuild advanced audience segmentation models and personalized customer journey mapsDesign and maintain automated workflows supporting the entire customer lifecycle (lead nurturing onboarding retention win-back)Integrate CRM systems with other marketing technologies and data sourcesEnsure all automation strategies align with client business objectives and KPIsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead mentor and develop a team of marketing automation specialistsEstablish best practices standards and processes for the marketing automation practiceManage team workload priorities and project assignmentsConduct performance reviews provide feedback and support career developmentFoster a culture of continuous learning and innovationRecruit and onboard new team members as the practice growsBusiness Development & InnovationCraft marketing automation and MarTech proposals for new business opportunitiesParticipate in new business pitches and client presentationsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsEvaluate and adopt emerging MarTech and AI platforms to enhance client capabilitiesStay ahead of industry trends best practices and competitive landscapeDevelop thought leadership content and case studies showcasing successful implementationsWhat Were Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills7 yearsof hands-on marketing automation and CRM management experience2 yearsin a team lead manager or senior leadership roleClient-facing experience:Proven track record managing multiple client accounts especially in agency or consultancy environmentsPlatform expertise:Deep knowledge of major marketing automation platforms (Salesfoerce HubSpot Marketo Pardot ActiveCampaign Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)CRM mastery:Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Eloqua HubSpot CRM Dynamics etc.)Technical skills:Comfortable with APIs integrations data management and working with technical teamsData-driven:Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from campaign data and automation metricsBilingual fluency:Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish (youll present to international clients)Team leadership:Experience managing mentoring and developing team membersStrategic thinking:Ability to align automation strategies with broader business goals and marketing objectivesPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms (n8n Make LLMs etc.)Background in demand generation lead nurturing or B2B marketingCertifications in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Oracle Salesforce)Experience working with diverse industries (fintech e-commerce SaaS B2B etc.)Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and data integration toolsFamiliarity with SQL HTML/CSS or basic coding for email and landing page customization.Familiarity with data models data management (Supabase) and webhooks or requests.
