**Vacante para la empresa Takeda en Santa Fe - Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México**:- DevelopinnovativeMVPs andsolutions to evolvethe Takeda Device of Choice program usingMacOS,iOS, VMWare Workspace One,Microsoft Intuneandany other relevant technology that may add value to the customer experience.- Provide Level 3engineeringsupport to ensure customer issuesare resolvedrelating toMacOS, App Compatibility, Browser Compatibility,Device Deployment, Software Deployment, Security Hardening, OS Patching, or any other issue reported by our customers.- ACCOUNTABILITIES_- Develop innovative MVPs and solutions to evolve the Takeda Device of Choice program using MacOS, VMWare Workspace One, and any other relevant technology that may add value to the customer experience.- Provide Level 3 engineering support to ensure customer issues are resolved relating to MacOS, App Compatibility, Browser Compatibility, Device Deployment, Software Deployment, Security Hardening, OS Patching, or any other issue reported by our customers.- Ensure new OS versions, feature updates, security patches, and core app updates are tested/evaluated to guarantee the quality of the deployment.- Build basic data and telemetry solutions to understand platform utilization and resource consumption.- Continually build knowledge and skills related to the state of the art in device engineering and technologies thatare on partner roadmaps.- Work as acollaborativemember of an Agile Scrum team to deliver incremental valueto product lines.- Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner to deliver user stories in the sprint backlog.- Participate in Agile ceremonies tocreate solutions and demonstrate solutions to team members and business stakeholders.- DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS_Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise- MacOS/iOSconfiguration, engineering, and security hardening, Microsoft Intune,VMWare Workspace One, Software Packaging,AzureActive Directory- Experience in Agile development.Leadership- Facilitatesa culturethatis open for innovation and automation and removesbarrierstoan effective automation cultureDecision-makingand Autonomy- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development.Interaction- Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team.- Coordinate interaction with other teams of one's own and other units.Complexity- Contribute to product development to the extent of her or his competence- EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES,AND SKILLS:_- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 3+ years of relevant professional experiencewithMacOS/iOS configuration, engineering, and security hardening, Microsoft Intune, VMWare Workspace One, Software Packaging, Azure Active Directory- Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.- Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferable experienced in quality improvement.- Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Farmaceúticas**Habilidades**:- macos- ios- microsoft intune- azure- vmware
