Imagine what you could do here.The people here at Apple don't just create products - they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries.It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts.Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found itApple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services.This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world.Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.In this position, you will partner closely with the sales team and our channel ecosystem to provide pre-sales technical consulting, upscale our channel capabilities and support the growth of our enterprise and education business.You will leverage your deep technical expertise and relationship building skills to guide customers and channel partners on their journey to choose the right technical architecture to achieve their goals.Through your passion for technology and capacity to connect, you will increase the adoption of Apple products with the goal of transforming the way people work, teach, and learn.**Description**In this role you will:- Work collaboratively across Apple with our customers, partners, and solution providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software and service solutions- Deeply understand customers' businesses and technical ambitions, remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for Apple's platform- Quickly grasp technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and effectively engage in architectural and technical discussions with a wide variety of audiences- Act as both a technical generalist covering all of Apple's products relevant to their customers' needs and a specialist in one or more technical verticals- Provide technical leadership to channel partners and Apple sales teams to gain credibility, deepen relationships, and increase influence with executive leadership.- Build and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate and inspire others- Strategically leverage Apple and third party domain expertise to shorten the sales cycle- Provide pre-sales technical support for new, large business opportunities - sharing status and progressing them through to closure- Be the voice of our customers and partners to communicate use cases, new standard methodologies, successes, and key takeaways**Preferred Qualifications**Background in a customer facing role in IT technology overseeing hardware, software, and services is highly preferredFamiliarity with Mexico enterprise and education market is a plusComfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none existsAbility to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships to accelerate business growthForward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what mattersHigh level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's rightBachelor's degree or equivalent experience**Minimum Qualifications**Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experienceBackground in pre-sales technical, engineering, and/or similar function selling complex technical solutionsDeep experience in consultative sales, including qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing businessHands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and WindowsOutstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsPassion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to remove barriers to entry, and drive to optimize processes and create solutionsExcellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiationsApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.Apple provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities and in accordance with local requirements.Apple is a drug-free workplace.
