DO AND HOW YOU WILL GROW Senior Consultants are essential contributors to our organization, spearheading the delivery of inventive solutions and offering analytical excellence to our clients. They take the lead in research and analysis, molding the team's understanding with both quantitative precision and insights gleaned from engaging stakeholders. As those who dive deep into the issues, Consultants and Senior Consultants think critically and creatively to develop insights based on their findings from the research process. They gain a broad knowledge base that cuts across sectors and geographies while driving the core of every project’s work.

Responsibilities

Support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager and Project Directors with structuring problems, developing analysis, and developing recommendations Lead research and complex analyses on key development-related topics Develop and deliver structured communication to clients Coach junior team members Contribute to developing our partnership with clients and peer organizations Actively contribute towards Dalberg’s firm-building initiatives Senior Consultants are tasked with independently overseeing workstreams, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing leadership, and mentoring and managing junior team members, as needed.
