Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior IT Analyst, SAP (MM/PP) to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. In your role as IT Analyst, you will be an individual contributor and will primarily support SAP Production Planning (PP) & Materials Management (MM), by supporting our manufacturing plants and serving as the primary liaison with business stakeholders. This hands-on role involves day-to-day application support (Level 1 and 2), SAP configuration and collaborating on global SAP projects to implement new capabilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and train all SAP PP and MM processes.
  2. Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP MM, SAP PP, and other related modules.
  3. Work with global SAP teams to ensure cohesive system solutions.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert SAP functional advice, and present solution designs.
  5. Continuously review and propose enhancements to SAP technologies and processes.
  6. Support data governance processes and adhere to established security and data standards.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  3. Expertise in SAP PP and SAP MM with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  4. Knowledge of SAP LE, SAP WM, and integration points across relevant modules (QM, FICO, WM, SD) is a plus. We are also willing to train this IT analyst on these modules.
  5. Proficiency in SAP technical tools and functionalities (LSMW, IDOCs), with SAP S/4HANA experience as a plus.
  6. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  7. Ability to travel and adapt to flexible work hours if needed.
