The Country General Manager, CHEP Mexico will provide visionary leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation within the CHEP Mexico business. Responsible for full P&L management of potential growth scope of a ~$500M USD revenue business, this leader will set the strategic direction, optimize asset efficiency, and champion a high-performance culture. Reporting to the President, LATAM, the CGM will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, executing transformation initiatives, and delivering market-leading customer and employee experiences.
As a key member of the CHEP Latin America Leadership Team, the CGM will influence regional strategy, drive enterprise-wide alignment, and represent CHEP Mexico to internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance business performance and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute a clear, customer-centric business strategy aligned with Brambles' transformation agenda.
- Drive sustained, profitable growth by expanding market opportunities, strengthening commercial excellence, and optimizing pricing and revenue models.
- Champion CHEP's innovation agenda, leading the introduction of new platforms, services, and digital capabilities that differentiate the business.
- Strengthen asset efficiency and dramatically reduce leakage rates, leading the Retail Solutions team in collaboration with regional Asset Protection and Asset Management leaders.
Operational & Financial Performance
- Deliver best-in-class operational execution with a focus on asset efficiency, cost control, and financial discipline to maximize cash flow and return on capital.
- Own full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment management to support business growth.
- Ensure robust risk management, compliance, and governance practices that safeguard the integrity and sustainability of the business.
Customer & Market Excellence
- Drive commercial and retail negotiations for Mexico and Latin America Key Accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships that fuel business expansion.
- Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with key customers, positioning CHEP as an indispensable partner in their supply chains.
- Elevate customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through service excellence, operational reliability, and continuous innovation.
People & Culture Leadership
- Foster a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and empowering top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Build a robust succession pipeline and drive leadership development to strengthen organizational resilience and long-term capability.
- Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience as measured by Brambles Pulse Survey (BPS).
- Uphold a Zero Harm safety culture, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment across all operations.
Regional & Global Influence
- Contribute to the broader Latin America strategic agenda, driving cross-country synergies and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with global functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sustainability, IT) to align CHEP Mexico with best practices and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Represent CHEP Mexico in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and key business associations (AMCHAM, ANTAD), enhancing the company's market presence and advocacy.

- Proven P&L leadership experience with full commercial, operational, and financial accountability.
- Demonstrated success in driving business transformation, including digital innovation, process optimization, and cultural change.
- Strong expertise in customer engagement, commercial excellence, and strategic negotiations.
- Experience leading within a matrixed, multinational organization, balancing global, regional, and local priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
