The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
BDM is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales activities of Noatum Logistics Mexico. Their main objective is to drive revenue growth and maximize the performance of the sales team. Some of their key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue and volume goals. Identify market opportunities, set targets, and establish action plans to deliver results.
- Sales Team Management: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure individual and collective success.
- Customer Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Collaborate with the team to generate sales opportunities, participate in client presentations, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges, and proposing corrective actions.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest market and industry trends and changes. Identify emerging opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role in Logistics and Freight Forwarders enterprises.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Focused and goal-oriented.
