As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing department in a law firm. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will help manage social media, create engaging content, track performance metrics, and support event planning. This is a great opportunity for a passionate marketing professional looking to expand their skills in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Design: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts. Use Canva or similar tools to create compelling visuals.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the firm's presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Track marketing performance using Excel or other reporting tools.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and scheduling email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Event Support: Help plan and promote webinars, community outreach events, and other initiatives.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistency with the firm's brand voice and identity.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

·3-5 years of experience in paid social advertising, graphic design, data analytics, or AI-powered marketing tools.

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience is a plus).

·Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.

·Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
